Terms and Conditions for "Ship it with Smilez" Shipping Services

1. Billing and Issue Handling

All packages are billed at the time of shipment or receipt. Packages will be issued on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis. There is also a $400 handling fee.

2. Storage Fees

Packages that are not collected within five (5) days of arrival will incur a storage fee of $200 per day, payable in advance or upon pickup.

3. Invoice Submission

All invoices related to shipments must be uploaded and submitted on time. Failure to do so may result in a randomly assigned value to your packages for billing purposes.

4. Liability and Responsibility

"Ship it with Smilez" is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to packages once they are shipped or dropped off to customers.

5. Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages after 30 days from notification will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or sold without further notice.

6. Payment Processing Fees

A 5% charge applies to all purchases made via our debit and credit card services. Also all pacakes must be paid in full before pacakge is realeased.

7. Shipment Delays

Shipping delays are sometimes inevitable and may be caused by factors outside our control, such as issues with freight forwarders. While we will endeavor to minimize delays, "Ship it with Smilez" shall not be responsible for flight delays or cargo disruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

"Ship it with Smilez" reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
